Privacy policy

The health details you type into our tools (age, sex, height, weight, body measurements, activity, food choices and plans) never leave your device. We do not have accounts, we do not store your details on a server, and we cannot see them. Our adverts are shown by Google, which uses cookies as explained below.
1. Who we are
Get2Shape (get2shape.com.pk) is run by Muhammad Ishfaq, Karachi, Pakistan. For any privacy question, email gets2shape@gmail.com.
2. The details you enter in our tools
- What: age, sex, height, weight, neck, waist and hip size, activity level, goals, chosen diet, foods on your plate and your meal plan.
- Where it is processed: only inside your web browser, using code that runs on your own device. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored on our servers.
- Where it is saved: in your browser's "local storage", so your numbers are still there when you come back. Only you can see it, on that device and browser.
- How to delete it: use the "Delete my data" button at the bottom of any tool page, or clear your browser's site data. It is removed straight away.
- Because we never receive this information, we do not sell it, share it, or use it for adverts.
3. Cookies and adverts (Google AdSense)
We show adverts to keep the site free. They are provided by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can turn off personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at www.aboutads.info.

- If you visit from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before personalised ads or cookies are used, through a Google-certified consent message. You can change your choice at any time from the "Privacy and cookie settings" link that appears on the site.
We do not place adverts using your health details, because we never receive them.
4. Other services we use
- Hosting: our website is hosted by Vercel Inc.. Like all websites, the host may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of visit) to keep the site secure and working.
- Fonts: our text font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when the font loads.
- Analytics: we do not currently use any analytics or tracking tools. If we add one, we will update this policy first.
5. Children
Get2Shape is made for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe and the UK, or the CCPA in California), you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to some uses of it. As we do not hold the details you enter in our tools, you can view or delete them yourself at any time as described above. For advertising cookies, use the controls in section 3. For anything else, email gets2shape@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.
7. Security
Our site is served over a secure HTTPS connection. Because your health details stay on your device, there is no central database of user data that could be leaked.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
